Can I claim through Medicare?

Physiotherapy is generally not covered by Medicare.  However, if you have a chronic condition (present for more than 6 months) and complex care needs, you may be eligible to get an EPC/Care Plan through your GP.  You will then be able to claim the medicare rebate for up to 5 visits per calendar year.

The current Medicare rebate is $52.95 and can be claimed electronically at the time of payment.
